AVS Marketing Manager - Marketing Operations & AVS Studio Management

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive the functional excellence of marketing across planning, processes, infrastructure, research and analysis, performance management, and budgeting to enable more effective global marketing execution.
• Ensure optimal utilization of the Wisconsin-based Advanced Visualization Solutions (AVS) Studio, supporting the production of both internal and external product content and broadcasts.
• Fully manage AVS Studio operations, including equipment management, content production, and supporting live-streamed product launches, simulated user testing, and clinical videos.
• Engage external production vendors, manage event scheduling, technology support, and promote internal awareness and utilization of the studio.
• Increase studio usage year over year, using quarterly statistical analysis to track progress.
• Manage vendor relationships for studio production and technical support.
• Support the relocation of the AVS Studio from Research Park to Waukesha in 2026, serving as the primary liaison with site services.
• Support central marketing budget management through planning, spend tracking, and reconciliation, including purchase order oversight.
• Provide operational support for AVS subsegment training content management using Emerge U, including content uploads and learner assignments.
• Align internal marketing procedures with other GE HealthCare segments and regions to promote marketing excellence, including assessing product team compliance and supporting process changes.
• Maintain awareness of marketing best practices, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to support global AVS market analytics and service marketing initiatives.
• Apply sound judgment and propose alternative solutions for complex project challenges, prioritizing information to support decision-making.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, serve as a resource for colleagues, lead small projects, communicate clearly, and set performance expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing & Market Operations.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated problem analysis and resolution abilities.
• Experience in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs, with established project management skills.
• At least two years of experience in a medical or regulated industry.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical packages.
• Demonstrated PowerPoint presentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Three or more years of experience in regulated or medical fields.
• Experience with video production targeted to clinicians.
• Vendor management experience.
• Experience working with global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical or regulated industry (minimum of two years).
