About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing business relationships with clients in the digital marketing space. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales, account management, and technology sales to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for helping businesses grow through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and territory management to expand the client base.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical sales support to prospective clients.
  • Utilize CRM software such as ACT or Zoho to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing or technology sectors.
  • Strong background in account management and business development with a focus on direct sales and territory sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Act or Zoho preferred) and other sales management tools.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience conducting product demos and providing technical support during the sales process.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A proactive approach to lead generation through networking, referrals, and cold calling efforts.

Benefits & Perks

  • Salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per year.
