About the Role

The Dow Jones B2B Enterprise Marketing team is hiring a collaborative and results-driven Marketing Manager to support their B2B businesses—Risk & Compliance, Dow Jones Newswires, and Factiva. Dow Jones is a global provider of news and business information, delivering content across multiple formats including print, digital, mobile, and live events. With over 130 years of history, Dow Jones operates one of the world's largest news-gathering operations and owns leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, and others. The role involves working within a global marketing organization focused on driving business growth through industry and account-specific campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Product, and the Business team to develop campaigns that align product, target audiences, and buying groups, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue generation.
  • Manage the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns and oversee the creative development of campaign assets, including briefs, feedback, and rollout for all campaign materials.
  • Compile regular reports on marketing programs and analyze campaign performance to inform data-driven decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Support product roll-out, enhancements, and new products with associated marketing promotion for the B2B products, ensuring materials are regularly refreshed.
  • Manage webinars supporting B2B products from creation of assets, promotion schedules, to reporting.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of B2B Marketing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, manage stakeholders at all levels, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrixed company model.
  • Extensive written and verbal communication skills, along with strong collaboration and influencing abilities.

Nice to Have

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience.
