About the Role

The Base Creator Success Manager role at Coinbase in Boise, Idaho, is focused on helping top creators thrive on the Base App by driving onboarding, growth, education, and content creation. The position involves working directly with the Base Creator Ecosystem Lead to shape creator strategies and build scalable playbooks for the creator economy and onchain technology. This is a contractor role with potential to evolve into a full-time position, supporting Coinbase's vision of a globally accessible, open-source, and innovative onchain platform.

Key Responsibilities

Source, onboard, and activate creators by identifying high-potential target creators, onboarding them to the Base app, and acting as their primary point of contact.
Build and maintain relationships with creators by developing trusted connections, acting as their advocate, and representing their interests internally.
Educate creators at scale by creating self-serve resources such as guides, tutorials, and videos, and hosting group programming like webinars, workshops, and office hours.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams on creator feedback, product improvements, marketing activations, CRM management, analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

Experience in onboarding and managing creator or community relationships.
Ability to develop educational content and host group programming.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.
Interest or experience in onchain technology, creator economy, or related fields.

Nice to Have

Experience working in blockchain or cryptocurrency environments.
Background in community management or social app growth.
Technical understanding of onchain platforms and open-source projects.

Qualifications

Experience in creator onboarding, community management, or related roles.
Strong communication skills and ability to develop educational resources.
