About the Role

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We focus on helping these players navigate industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The role involves selling and architecting sustainable Google Marketing Platform (GMP) solutions that accelerate business growth, collaborating with executives, influencing market strategies, and delivering tangible results that impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain deep relationships with agency clients, understand their tests and needs in order to better enable their success with our tools.
  • Lead scaled trainings, product sessions, and account-specific activation sessions in partnership with AE to drive business or platform/feature adoption and error mitigation.
  • Hold office hours for optimization and implementation recommendations and answer Agency inbound questions regarding platforms usage and features and escalate to resolve technical roadblocks.
  • Drive business by supporting agencies in building and launching effective media campaigns and create learning agendas for client onboarding and ongoing enablement.
  • Build and maintain a strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform product capabilities, how they integrate with one another and increasingly how they work with Google Cloud.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience in digital advertising sales, platform sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.
  • Ability to build and develop customer relationships and present solutions.
  • Excellent leadership in cross-functional or heavily matrixed organizations.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising sales, platform sales, product marketing, or product/project management.
  • Experience in marketing with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and third-party measurement and App platforms.
  • Experience in video, display, app, and social advertising solutions.
  • Experience working for or with agencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $103,000-$148,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
