About the Role

At imagino, we help businesses harness the full potential of their customer data. Founded in 2017 by the creators of Neolane, imagino develops and markets a next-generation Customer Data Platform (CDP) and marketing campaign management platform. Designed to meet the needs of Data, Marketing, and Digital departments, our solution allows access, enrichment, segmentation, activation, and personalization of customer data within an intuitive SaaS platform. Our ambition is to become a global leader and accelerate our international development, particularly in the US market. As a founding US Product Consultant, you will support customers and partners in implementing and operating the imagino solution, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities

Understanding customer needs and the challenges they face on a daily basis
Propose solutions to maximize the use of our products
Configure and customize products to meet specific customer needs
Provide training and technical support to customers and partners
Cross collaborate with multiple internal imagino teams
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's products and processes

Requirements

Professional experience of at least 2 or 3 years in a similar position
Experience in the Digital Marketing field regardless of the sector or activity
Skills in data modeling (relational), SQL language, and Javascript
Strong team spirit
Curiosity, Openness, Adaptability and interpersonal skills
Autonomy, Pressure management, Sense of initiative to lead subjects in a constantly changing world
Rigor and organizational skills
