About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom modules and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using AL programming language.
• Customize standard Business Central functionality to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop integrations between Business Central and third-party systems such as CRM, ERP, and payment gateways.
• Implement workflow automation and business logic through AL code.
• Configure Business Central for various business processes.
• Work with functional consultants to gather and translate business requirements into system configuration and development solutions.
• Implement and maintain application interfaces and ensure seamless system integrations.
• Identify and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end users.
• Create technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and configurations.
• Conduct system tests to ensure solutions meet user acceptance criteria and business requirements.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC.
• Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with Business Central.
• Proficiency in AL development language.
• Adept at navigating creative workarounds and circumventing technical issues.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NAV/BC (e.g., Lanham, ChargeLogic).
