Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Develop and maintain data models that effectively support business requirements.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of the data presented in dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
Communicate complex data insights clearly and understandably.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience creating, editing, revising, and publishing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, project management, business operations, or business intelligence analysis.
Analytical and inquisitive mindset with problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously across all organizational levels.
Experience developing DAX and/or incorporating R or Python scripts in Power BI is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is a plus.
This is an onsite position, Monday through Friday.
