About the Role

The Senior Brand & Product Marketing Manager at Prismatik is responsible for executing brand and product marketing strategies, supporting product development, and driving business growth. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with brand values to enhance market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executes brand and product marketing strategies involving market research and analyses, preparing marketing materials, and evaluating marketing budgets for assigned products, product categories, or business entities.
  • Assists in preparing business plans, feasibilities, roadmaps, reports, and other business intelligence for review by management, peers, and stakeholders across the organization to drive product development and marketing activities.
  • Drives revenue, profitability, and business growth as measured by active, new, and restart users, share of wallet, and lifetime value objectives.
  • Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.
  • Performs project management activities that commercialize the product, including market strategy, packaging, and product to brand.
  • Partners with cross-functional teams to execute approved plans/projects and aligns teams around these initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure smooth transition of new product development from scale-up to launch, both internally and externally, on time and to specifications.
  • Provides monthly business reports on performance versus forecast and progress on initiatives.
  • Mentors and trains other team members.
  • Develops and implements brand marketing plans and activities, including launching and managing campaigns across various channels.
  • Maintains brand messaging and claims documentation.
  • Increases marketing communication effectiveness and minimizes acquisition costs.
  • Develops customer-facing content and digital journeys to drive awareness, engagement, and purchases.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert on products and services, demonstrating products and troubleshooting issues.
  • Manages product roadmap, assists in development of stage gate proposals, and updates.
  • Supports the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and customer needs.
  • Sustains development of existing products, reflecting changes in internal documentation and customer communication.
  • Works closely with product development teams to ensure product features align with brand values and messaging.
  • Manages and prioritizes incoming product concepts, ideas, applications, and initiatives, identifying new opportunities.
  • Prepares forecast models and reports on key performance indicators.
  • Oversees planning and execution of brand events such as product launches, trade shows, and educational events.
  • Coordinates logistics and manages event details for successful execution.
  • Conducts competitive product analysis and market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences.
  • Applies consumer insights and market intelligence to develop brand strategies.
  • Gathers and analyzes consumer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Tracks competitor activities and market trends to support strategy adjustments.
  • Monitors and reports on marketing expenses and ROI, partnering with Finance.
  • Determines profitability and viability of new products or enhancements.
  • Supports forecasting exercises with insights into market trends and data analysis.
  • Prepares reports on brand performance metrics and provides insights and recommendations.
  • Performs strategic reviews related to brand strategy and product development.
  • Performs other related duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of related experience.
  • Experience supporting software product initiatives.
  • Previous management level experience, preferred.
  • Experience in science/technical, medical device, healthcare, or dental fields, preferred.
