Job Description

About the Role

The Brand Manager, Absolute Luxury, is a dynamic role that combines strategic brand management with essential administrative and operational support within a luxury brand environment. The position is based in New York, NY, and involves managing multiple projects, collaborating across departments, and supporting office and team operations to ensure efficiency and brand success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Work effectively across departments, including Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance, and corporate teams.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager's Executive Assistant on internal and external contact lists and organizational charts.
  • Compose emails and correspondence with the direction of the VP HR.
  • Provide oversight and control over office efficiency, including supplies, maintenance, IT liaison, and video conferencing.
  • Monitor calendars and track PTO for the team.
  • Coordinate all administrative paperwork related to HR (e.g., PCN forms, recruiting forms) and track their progress.
  • Serve as an integral part of the associate onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Collect and distribute department mail and packages.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of brand management and commercial marketing experience.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including basic formulas and pivot tables.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable conversing with all levels of management, from executive to store level.
  • Basic understanding of MS Teams and MS OneDrive is a desirable attribute.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of brand management and commercial marketing experience.
