About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Broker & Market Lead Analyst on our Distribution Engagement & Delivery team. This role will be integral in supporting our distribution strategic initiatives and will provide key metrics to Distribution and Product partners, supporting several of our key brokers as well as the Northeast, Midwest & Canada markets. Partner with national broker & market leaders in providing strategic analytic support. Support presentation preparation - internal and external including production decks, strategic reviews, and broker/management meetings. Collaborate with team leads to partner with Broker & Market Analyst peers to gather deep understanding of broker relationships and performance while communicating summary of insights to stakeholders. Execute on standardization of performance analytic reporting providing insights on KPI performance on scheduled recurring basis. Support the buildout of new analytic dashboards utilizing the latest suite of visualization tools. Support broker related supplemental commission while providing quarterly analyses and updates and ensure summaries are provided on current state for both national agreements as well as global. Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, transparency, and collaboration with a mindset centered on alignment and action. Support implementation of the D&I strategy. Actively participate in all scheduled training, meetings, and feedback sessions designed to ensure clarity or roles and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the distribution strategic initiatives by providing key metrics and analytics to Distribution and Product partners.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings, including strategic reviews and broker/management meetings.
  • Collaborate with team leads and peers to understand broker relationships and performance, communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Standardize performance analytic reporting and provide insights on KPI performance on a scheduled basis.
  • Support the development of new analytic dashboards using visualization tools.
  • Analyze and update broker-related supplemental commissions quarterly, providing current state summaries for national and global agreements.
  • Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Support the implementation of the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy.
  • Participate actively in training, meetings, and feedback sessions to clarify roles and responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of business intelligence and/or analytical experience in commercial insurance preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Understanding of Power BI, Tableau & QlikView.
  • Deep understanding of P&C Insurance industry.
  • Ability to foster and maintain business relationships with key business partners.
  • Thorough understanding of business, process, and analytic needs of key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with structured thinking, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Highly motivated, positive, and collaborative attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide project management support.
  • Experience managing a small team of FTEs and/or managed service partners.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with visualization tools and dashboards development.
  • Experience in the insurance industry beyond basic knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
