About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client and account business objectives into data and business intelligence strategies to be executed for each service line and across services lines.
• Oversee the development and maintenance an integrated data model and perform a range of analysis to develop and implement dashboards, monitor KPIs, improve analytics, operations and service line delivery.
• Contribute to data management, data governance.
• Meet and exceed client expectations, contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
• Support development of the Financial Services division data model and other initiatives.
• Promote and enable the import and export of best practices to and from JLL, and link the account to emerging practices in data modelling.
• Devise and promote creative data visualization.
• Assist with Azara (JLL's BI and data platform) maintenance and implementation.
• Responsible for account specific solutions and providing support to the client and account team on the digital platforms being utilized.
• Liaison between client technology and the account team, providing guidance and collaboration.
• SharePoint, client portal and reporting portal administration and partnership with JLLT in various projects and client initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for technology platform enhancements.
• Support for custom-built solutions for the client.
• Regular reporting and updates to clients and colleagues, ensuring full understanding of progress, direction and expected results at all times.
• Support enhancement of technology and tools for account.
• Play appropriate role relative to information security compliance for all JLL technology, account and platform implementations.
• Act as Program Manager for technology, BI, Data, performance initiatives at account level.
• Support of current account programs and innovating thinking to shift model in positive ways aligned to overall team, account and client goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Dedication for continuously learning.

• Listening and consultative skills to understand business needs; be able to interpret requirements, identify impacts and analyze problems.
• Experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools (Power BI and/or Fabric strongly preferred), scripting languages (e.g. Power Query M Language, DAX, SQL, Python, Spark, R) and supporting tools (e.g. DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, SQL Management Studio, Tabular Editor).
• Knowledge of ETL, data governance principles and industry best practices.
• Understanding of core concepts involved in data (data quality, usage) and ability to understand how these concepts impact our business.
• Experience with additional Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SharePoint, PowerPivot, Power View, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau.
• Experience with data mining, cleaning, visualization, and programming languages.
• Sound written and oral communication skills, and the capacity to deal with ambiguity and complex problems.
• Experience of extrapolating and visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of identifying potential issues pro-actively and formulating solutions and contingency plans.
• Program management experience for technology, BI, data, and analytical performance initiatives.
• Process management experience or demonstrated skills.
• Results driven - the ability to analyze, act, and implement to ensure we achieve desired results.
• Getting results from ad hoc groups of disparate people is critical ask key stakeholders and collaborators are geographically dispersed.
• Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills (verbal and written).

Nice to Have

• Experience in supporting tools such as DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit, SQL Management Studio, Tabular Editor.
• Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau.
