Business Analyst - National Remote

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Complete recurring transactional and monitoring tasks to support operational needs and validate that business and system processes are functioning as intended
• Conduct research into issues to identify root causes and support clients and operational teams with impact analysis and remediation
• Generate sets of data based on various parameters to support reporting, monitoring, and remediation activities
• Identify root causes of production file processing failures and partner with clients and vendors to correct
• Test data feed file formatting and transactional scenarios and work with partners to correct issues prior to implementing into the production environment
• Implementation of files through file formatting and transactional scenarios from testing

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business, technical, or data file analyst
• 2+ years of querying SQL, Oracle, or other databases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Solid technical skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to improvise solutions in unique situations based on organizational goals and understanding of impact of business processes

Nice to Have

• Experience in consolidating and analyzing results in Excel to distribute to various stakeholders
• Experience supporting activities using project management methodology (gather requirements, design, develop, test, and implement)
• Experience in Directed Spend business and/or using Solutran and PSP platforms
