As a Business Analytics Group Manager within PNC's Balance Sheet Analytics & Modeling organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager's discretion. The Business Analytics Group Manager will support Retail Banking strategic initiatives with reporting and analytics, leading enterprise-wide analytics programs and managing a team.

Key Responsibilities

Directs the strategic design, management, and implementation of an enterprise-wide business analytics programs to drive customer solutions, service innovation and profitability.
Leads development and execution of multiple complex analytical solutions to meet business requirements.
Supervises the research, development and implementation of new and emerging analytics technologies; leads technology-based business opportunities.
Provides oversight of implementation mechanisms to ensure information accuracy, integrity, risk management, and alignment with senior leadership needs.
Directs, motivates, develops, and manages the performance of the management team and key staff.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience with a moderate to large scope of responsibility, including at least 5 years of prior management experience.
Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years, with a university/college degree typically required.
Knowledge of Retail Banking, with preferred skills including analytical thinking, business intelligence, data-driven decision making, and strategic planning.
Technical skills such as Tableau, SQL, and programming experience preferably in Python.
Ability to develop and execute complex analytical solutions and manage enterprise-wide analytics programs.

Nice to Have

Extensive knowledge of Retail Banking.
Prior management experience.
Experience with emerging technologies and effective communication skills.
Experience with market research, performance metrics, and qualitative research.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; higher education such as a Master's or PhD is desirable.
Industry-relevant experience of 8+ years.
At least 5 years of management experience.
