About the Role

This position will ideally be based out of Columbus, OH, Salt Lake City, Utah, or Dallas, TX. Location is flexible. The Business Customer Development Manager manages executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth, develops new business opportunities, defines and develops new service capabilities, and ensures that company profit goals are met. Key Responsibilities

Manage executive-level customer relationships for profitability and growth.
Develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base.
Define and develop new service capabilities that extend the reach of DHL Supply Chain's core value proposition.
Ensure that company profit goals are met.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years in an IT project management role.
Direct and successful accountability for project budgets and timelines.
Experience of system design, development, or integration projects (packaged and custom solutions).
