About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex, long-term Business Execution projects with significant organizational impact.
• Review and analyze multifaceted challenges, including intangible and unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying in-depth understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to develop actionable insights and solutions.
• Support investigation and resolution of data discrepancies through collaboration with technology operations and surveillance teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis of data issues and contribute to long-term remediation strategies.
• Author and maintain control documentation, including data flow diagrams, reconciliation procedures, exception handling protocols, and rules inventories used in surveillance systems.
• Support internal audits and reviews by providing accurate documentation and data artifacts.

Requirements

• Experience in Business Execution Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent, demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
• Extensive experience in data analysis, data governance, data lineage, and data flows.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Familiarity with authoritative data sources and reporting tools.
• Strong documentation and control process skills.
• Experience supporting audit and compliance processes.
• Proficient in MS Office tools; Power BI and Tableau experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in investment banking, capital markets, or trading lifecycle.
