About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will lead and nurture a team of Business Development Associates (BDA) ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets, revenue growth and customer acquisition goals.

Benefits & Perks

Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
Total expected compensation range between $115,000 and $150,000, including base salary and target bonus.
