Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Development (BD) team in assessing new markets via data analysis, intel capture, and concise summarization of complex market landscapes
  • Enable efficiency and speed of execution within BD projects, partnerships, and workflows by leveraging project management methodology and tools
  • Support strategic growth within the Specialty Tapes and Labels Business through continuous monitoring of market conditions and evolving market trends
  • Support strategic engagement at all points in the value chain to expedite innovation and project timelines
  • Improve efficiency and knowledge-share via cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience, ideally with exposure to market analysis/opportunity-sizing and cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience within the pressure sensitive adhesives industry preferred
  • This is a remote position; expected travel in this role will be 25%
  • Experience or interest in learning about the evolving packaging industry
  • Highly independent self-starter with an aptitude for goal setting and strategic planning
  • Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and lead with confidence
  • High degree of flexibility and learning agility
  • Proficient oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent networking skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the pressure sensitive adhesives industry

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business
