About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Data & Analytics Enablement team, providing guidance and support to drive training and upskilling initiatives for the Life Science Solutions business.
• Effectively recruit, coach, and develop team members through performance management and development planning.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business intelligence analysts to prioritize projects aligned with growth and strategic goals, supporting sales, operations, and marketing.
• Work closely with the Strategic Marketing & Sales Enablement, Operations, and PGT Leaders to align enablement initiatives with product strategies and customer needs.
• Serve as a design consultant, providing expertise on data visualization principles, dashboarding best practices, and storytelling with data.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data and analytics tools and technologies.
• Support data and analytics teams in dashboard creation, ensuring high-quality visualizations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in data and analytics enablement.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in data and analytics.
• Proven experience in leading and implementing data and analytics enablement programs, including training and community engagement.
• In-depth understanding of data visualization principles, dashboarding best practices, and data storytelling techniques.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and influence diverse audiences.
• Experience managing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience incorporating generative AI techniques into data enablement programs.
