The role involves developing and maintaining the company's organizational data warehouse and reporting platform, including SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, API endpoints, and Tableau Server Environment, to support data-driven decision-making and business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Interview and communicate with Business Stakeholders to gather requirements and collaborate through all phases of development.
Perform data integration from disparate data sources such as SAP, Five9, Salesforce, Postal Data, Product Surveys, S3, SFTP, and other sources to create a data warehouse.
Build and maintain data pipelines from SQL Server, APIs, Glue, Snowflake, and other data platforms to enhance organizational data and support data-driven initiatives.
Analyze complex logical database designs, logical data models, and optimize database performance for scalability.
Maintain Organizational KPIs and work with stakeholders to align reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SSRS, and SQL Server.
Develop and maintain complex Tableau dashboards for Executive, Operations, Sales, Logistics, and Marketing teams.
Maintain a central repository of customer behavior data for marketing campaigns.
Assist in developing marketing forecast models and perform match back analysis to measure campaign performance.
Support trend analysis, hypothesis testing, and identifying areas for efficiency and improvement.
Manage and implement marketing-related projects as defined by leadership using appropriate tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
3+ years of related data experience or university projects involving ETL/ELT processes.
Proficiency in visualization tools such as Tableau, Python, SQL, API Framework, PowerShell, and scripting.
Understanding of Cloud Ecosystem and Snowflake.
Knowledge of Source Control systems such as GitHub.
Results-oriented project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Data Analysis, Data Migration/Integration tools, and Data Modeling.

Nice to Have

Experience with data pipelines and data warehousing in cloud environments.
Knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
