This role offers the opportunity to join a global-facing team that manages high-impact projects for major travel brands, focusing on launching new products and solutions across departments and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate projects and initiatives that improve customer experience, streamline operations, and launch new travel insurance products globally.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to manage deliverables, support UAT/testing, and ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Handle cross-functional coordination with finance, IT, operations, and compliance to troubleshoot issues, manage timelines, and drive project outcomes.
  • Support the Solutions Delivery team within Global Programs in delivering high-impact projects for recognized travel brands.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic team environment that values flexibility, continuous learning, and shared success.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience with strong cross-team coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across functions and with global partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset, including reconciling data, clarifying requirements, and coordinating testing needs.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups with minimal direction.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, shifting environments where collaboration and adaptability are essential.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the travel insurance or travel services industry.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Formal project management certification not required but strong coordination skills are essential.
