Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for enterprise solutions initiatives.
  • Lead project teams in executing plans effectively, ensuring milestones are met, and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Establish strong relationships with stakeholders across various departments to gain buy-in, communicate project progress, and address concerns.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify potential risks and obstacles to project success and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively monitor project performance and take corrective action as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Drive organizational change by promoting adoption of new digital tools, processes, and technologies in collaboration with Change Management leaders.
  • Develop and facilitate training programs and support materials to facilitate smooth transitions and maximize user engagement.
  • Collaborate and partner with external vendors and partners to support enterprise solutions initiatives.
  • Evaluate vendor relationships and performance to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Identify and/or define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of enterprise solutions projects.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate project outcomes against established benchmarks, making adjustments as needed to optimize results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by soliciting feedback, conducting post-implementation reviews, and identifying opportunities for further optimization and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources and budgets, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master are a plus.
  • Previous experience in change management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Dedication and commitment to promote diversity, multiculturalism and inclusion in all work activities.
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods, good vision, color perception, hearing/listening, clear speech, hand and finger dexterity.
  • Complex reading and writing skills, basic math skills, judgment/decision making, analysis/comprehension.

Nice to Have

  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum Master.
  • Previous experience in change management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
