About the Role

The Business Technology Leader - Global Marketing at Perrigo serves as a key digital partner to the Global Marketing team, developing brands and digital marketing strategies. This role drives the development of business-facing applications to enable digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment of business and digital roadmaps. Reporting directly to the CTO, the position involves managing global marketing relationships, ideation, business case development, new product design and positioning, and product launches. The role may have a team of direct reports and is ideally located near Perrigo sites in West Michigan or New Jersey, with remote work considered.

Key Responsibilities

Manage business relationships and serve as the primary point of contact between the IT organization and the business.
Monitor the technological landscape to advocate for innovative uses of technology for the business.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology solutions and develop business cases including opportunity size and financials.
Establish and lead review teams for new product requirements.
Draft Product Requirements Documents (PRD) and design overall user experience.
Coordinate with product and platform owners to design product roadmaps and develop products.
Track progress of product development, make trade-off decisions, and ensure timely deployment and testing.
Confirm high-quality product launches according to development and deployment plans.
Identify and implement improvements to performance and reliability.
Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to define product/platform strategy and resource planning.
Rely on Product Owners to develop relevant products and implement changes for a consistent user experience.
Establish a customer feedback process to incorporate insights into product planning.

Requirements

Digital and business knowledge to manage digital delivery processes end-to-end.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.
Certified or experienced in project management methodology.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills with 8-10+ years of experience.
Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.
Execution and problem-solving capacity.
Ability to create compelling customer experiences by understanding market, technology, and competitive forces.
Assertive communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrated passion for human-centered products and services.
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
10-15 years of experience in product roles and technology or digital strategy.

Nice to Have

Experience managing global marketing digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
