About the Role

BINA is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to launch and scale a new business division within our established AI-powered digital marketing company. This is a unique opportunity to run your own business unit with full P&L accountability while having the support and resources of an established organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead new business unit with complete autonomy and P&L responsibility
Build sales processes and strategic plans from ground zero
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
Master customer retention and lifetime value optimization
Manage strategic partnerships and business development
Scale operations from startup phase to significant revenue

Requirements

Entrepreneurial mindset - You thrive in startup environments and building from scratch
Sales/Marketing background with digital services experience (SEO/digital marketing preferred)
Business development skills - You can identify opportunities and close deals
Leadership experience - Ability to build and manage teams as unit grows
Results-driven - Track record of meeting targets and driving growth
