Boeing Global Services has an exciting opportunity for a Cabin Modification and Maintenance Product Management Specialist in Seattle, WA. The role involves leading development on the Cabin, Modifications and Maintenance (CM&M) team, providing comprehensive passenger modifications and engineering services that maximize lifecycle value and meet the demands of airline operators and passengers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business development, technical, project management, and commercial strategy expertise in areas including aircraft connectivity modification development and certification, proposal development, Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) development, regulatory requirement familiarity (i.e., FAA, EASA), airline and lessor operations, aircraft and airline economics, partnering, and related fields
  • Working across integrated functional teams and business units to develop and execute new product and service development plans
  • Identifying and validating unaddressed commercial opportunities
  • Defining commercial strategy to address underserved customer needs
  • Developing quantitative business cases
  • Cultivating customer relationships
  • Securing internal and external senior leadership agreement
  • Driving implementation plans required to bring new products and solutions to market on time and on budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
  • 5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and delivering presentations to Senior Leaders
  • Previous experience in one or more: avionics, connectivity, or interiors

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree
  • Experience working in an engineering firm
