Campaign Delivery Support - Billing/Invoicing

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work with client teams to track and maintain key details of marketing campaigns including products, volumes, prices, costs, and dates.
• Create and manage client billings for all executed programs according to Deluxe and/or client requirements.
• Ensure all campaign vendor expenses are properly assigned to campaigns and processed for submission to the Accounts Payable team.
• Update campaign forecasts as needed, and report program changes that impact revenue and expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Business, Accounting, or related field and 2 years experience or HS/GED and 6 years experience in accounting.
• Experience in billing/invoice processing for 3+ years.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting, Salesforce CRM system, and project management methodologies.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications
