Key Responsibilities

Support the Head of Marketing and their leadership team with day-to-day operations, strategic planning, data and analytics, and budget management.
Establish a business rhythm with cross-functional teams to review performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
Develop and maintain scalable processes to ensure best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.
Identify key growth levers, size their potential impact, and present recommendations to leadership.
Drive and own the prioritization process between Marketing and key stakeholders—Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Finance—to align on strategic goals and deliver on GTM OKRs.
Analyze current business trends, uncover key drivers of change, and forecast performance.
Monitor and analyze the entire marketing funnel's performance, develop data-driven insights, and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor the marketing operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar role in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
Deep knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies.
Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and related technologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic vision and operational excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Annual base salary range of $207,000 - $297,000 USD, with bonus/equity potential.
