As the Marketing Orchestration Advisor, you will be the conductor of multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact throughout the customer lifecycle. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, using project management tools like Wrike.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.
  • Facilitate clear communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing plans and address dependencies.
  • Manage and maintain the team’s training portal, curating relevant learning opportunities and ensuring accessibility for all team members.
  • Enhance and maintain the internal lifecycle team publication site, ensuring content is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Run weekly team status calls to track progress, address challenges, and maintain momentum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of related work experience focused on project management and/or training, workflows, and documentation.
  • Five to seven years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing planning or project management role.
  • Proven experience with project management tools, particularly Wrike.
  • Experience with writing marketing standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience with marketing transformation initiatives.
  • A strong aptitude for relationship building and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree.
