Marketing Operations Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Audit, document, and refine current marketing workflows and systems.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes for campaign development, content production, and reporting.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repeatable tasks.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment on campaign goals, lead quality, and handoff processes.
• Maintain communication rhythms, such as weekly syncs and shared KPIs.
• Lead the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, keeping projects on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic goals.
• Manage task assignments, track milestones, and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Produce high-quality marketing deliverables, including graphic design, digital assets, presentation decks, and written copy as needed.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing effectiveness.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign results, team productivity, and marketing ROI.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategy.
• Support the broader marketing strategy with insights and ideas based on trends, performance, and cross-functional feedback.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop quarterly and annual marketing plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of marketing, operations, or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and process improvement skills.
• Hands-on graphic design production, with a portfolio potentially requested during the hiring process.
