Campaign Execution Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the organization, especially marketing and sales, to successfully develop timelines and manage end-to-end delivery of retail marketing Residential and Small Business/Builder/Multi/family acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Coordinate and execute tasks as required to support campaigns, projects, and product implementations.
• Identify issues when they arise, quickly diagnose root cause, and implement appropriate solutions and escalate accordingly.
• Support development of ongoing operational processes for new campaigns, including launch of new functionality, marketing/sales channels, commodity products, and prices to market.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, business cases, and approach documentation for new marketing capabilities and programs.
• Facilitate consensus around system and process changes from key stakeholders to ensure timely and complete implementation.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Campaign Execution processes, identify improvement areas, and develop automation solutions.
• Deliver campaign and project status updates to stakeholders via email and face-to-face meetings.
• Design, implement, and manage robust processes and database solutions to support new business and operational activities.
• Monitor key operational metrics and respond to ensure superior operational performance.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor customer communications for compliance with rules, policies, and regulations.
• Perform quality assurance tests on campaign elements such as links, images, subject lines, and dynamic content.
• Manage report development to support campaign execution.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related professional experience.
• Ability to work effectively and build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams with diverse backgrounds.

Nice to Have

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
• Knowledge of SAP/CRM systems.
• Knowledge of ERCOT, East, and Canada retail competition, customer protection rules, and competitive retail markets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred, with a focus on operations, computer science, information systems, or engineering.
