About the Role

The Campaign Marketing Manager at Zendesk is responsible for driving demand generation efforts that align with strategic goals and generate business impact for North America. The role involves developing, executing, and analyzing multichannel marketing campaigns, collaborating cross-functionally, and leveraging data and technology platforms to target high-intent audiences and optimize campaign performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated multichannel campaigns that scale and deliver across digital channels to acquire new contacts, drive engagement, and convert new logos within key industries and market segments.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Use technology platforms and data to define high-intent audiences and target them effectively.
  • Work with content teams to produce compelling content and messaging aligned with target ICPs and buyer's journey stages.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic direction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to activate campaign plans in the North America region.
  • Work with sales teams to develop strategies for lead follow-up, direct mail tactics, and prospecting programs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creating and implementing successful demand generation campaigns, preferably in SaaS or related industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with tools and platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create concise presentations.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in the technology, employee service, customer service, or SaaS industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau.
  • Experience with market research, competitive analysis, and campaign reporting.
