About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of assigned task force projects and meetings.
• Contribute ideas and take initiative in team discussions and creative problem solving.
• Create or assist in creating content (written, visual, video, or data-driven) depending on task force placement.
• Assist in maintaining organization of shared folders, documentation, and schedules on MS Teams.
• Attend weekly or biweekly check-ins with task force leads and provide updates as needed.

Requirements

• Federal Work Study (FWS) eligibility is required.
• Strong interest in at least one of the following: communications, marketing, design, data, or technology.
• Experience using relevant tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Excel, Google Sheets, social media apps, or survey platforms.
• Excellent written and/or verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and dependable.
• Open to learning new tools and platforms as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience with content creation including visuals, video, or data-driven content.
• Interest in promoting career events and engaging with student audiences.

Qualifications

• Current student at Seton Hall University.
• FWS eligibility as confirmed by financial aid award.
