About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Seattle-Dexter, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Biotech/Cell Therapy industry and possess strong organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will partner closely with the GMST Leader to enable effective execution of strategy and plans across various drug modalities, disease areas, and stages of development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial LCM program assignments, driving execution of integrated program strategy.
  • Develop detailed project plans aligned with overall strategy, collaborating with CTO team leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate scenario planning to address changing business and clinic needs, evaluating and managing implications and adjustments.
  • Handle meeting logistics, creating clear and concise minutes.
  • Partner with the GMST Leader to manage and communicate program risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Utilize portfolio and program management tools to track execution milestones, risks, and long-range planning, ensuring effective communication.
  • Coordinate and allocate DS and API materials for non-clinical use.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Biotech/Cell Therapy industry preferred.
  • PMP experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Smartsheets and MS Projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with project management and business process management.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of end-to-end CMC drug development preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence, negotiate, and drive organizational engagement.
  • Experience with program management tools for budgeting, timelines, and resource forecasting preferred.

Qualifications
