About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and project teams to deliver solutions for complex business problems.
• Compile and analyze data, document findings, and develop recommendations during client engagements.
• Develop professional relationships with client and project team personnel to ensure exceptional client service.
• Manage time and tasks effectively, take ownership of assignments, and accept responsibility for team results.
• Participate in diverse projects across solution areas such as Customer Experience, Experience Design, Intelligent Automation, and Marketing Agency Services.
• Engage in onboarding programs, experiential learning courses, and foundational training to develop skills and leadership qualities.
• Partner with Talent Managers to align project experiences with career goals and skill development.
• Contribute to client digital transformation strategies, customer experience initiatives, and experience platform implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Marketing, or related fields.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations.
• Ability to apply critical thinking and innovation across various industries.
• Interest in sales, marketing, market research, campaign creation, content ideation, or experience design.
• Introductory knowledge of strategy consulting, transformation project risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing, social media, design, and experience platforms.
• Familiarity with digital technologies, business intelligence, analytics frameworks, and concepts.
• Strong academic background and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire for personal growth, feedback receptiveness, and interest in digital transformation and strategy.

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital technologies, engineering, and analytics frameworks.
• Interest in obtaining professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline such as Advertising, Business Technology, Computer Science, Data and Analytics, Design, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Management, Marketing, or Strategy.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Desire to learn, innovate, and develop leadership qualities.

Benefits & Perks

• Salary range of $70,000 - $87,000 with an estimated total cash range of $72,000 - $89,000 including bonus opportunities.
