About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Provide strategic direction for brand positioning.
• Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing objectives with business goals and initiatives.
• Oversee all marketing operations, including digital marketing, content creation, advertising, public relations, and brand management.
• Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
• Create comprehensive lead generation programs across multiple channels to support growth.
• Lead data analytics initiatives to measure marketing return on investment and optimize campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with financial services marketing regulations and fair lending practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ten (10) years of progressive marketing experience required.
• Minimum five (5) years retail originations experience required.
• Deep knowledge of retail originations, the products and the regulatory environment.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies.
• Ability to drive multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital, traditional, and relationship-based approaches.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to delegate and motivate team members.
• Proven ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field or the equivalent experience required.
