About the Role

The Marketing Manager - Americas is a leadership role responsible for driving and executing regional marketing strategies to increase awareness, generate leads, and support business growth within the Americas region. The position involves developing comprehensive marketing programs, collaborating with regional and global teams, managing campaigns, and overseeing event planning, all to align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive field/ABM marketing programs with the Global Head of Marketing and Regional Sales Director, aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Help lead performance metrics across marketing lead sources, especially digital channels.
  • Collaborate with global team of regional marketing managers to foster a results-driven culture.
  • Help select regional events to sponsor and devise strategies for hosted and co-hosted events.
  • Oversee creation and execution of impactful regional marketing campaigns utilizing data and analytics to measure and optimize effectiveness.
  • Coordinate integrated marketing efforts with Sales and Account Management teams to drive customer engagement and align with sales GTM.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively, providing regular updates and reports to the Global Head of Marketing.
  • Plan and execute events, conferences, and roundtables to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate channels based on strategic objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in field/regional marketing and/or ABM.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including SalesForce and Pardot metrics/reporting.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Self-starter with ability to work regionally and contribute to global marketing efforts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in B2B financial technology.
  • Significant experience in marketing.

  • Digital marketing expertise with knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Leadership and project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives.
  • Awareness of industry, technology, and regulations impacting the market sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
