About the Role

This is a Hybrid opportunity out of our Texas office at 100 Throckmorton Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Should an identified candidate reside in Georgia, the office location is 5565 Glenridge Connector NE, Atlanta, GA 30342, with an expectation of monthly travel to the Fort Worth location. Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate, inspire, coach, and rally teams across cross-functional departments to turn bold product visions and ideas into realities.
  • Accountable for the Small to Mid-Market Businesses product portfolio, including vision, innovation, and delivery.
  • Ensure the product portfolio is profitable and supports the overall business strategy.
  • Define and set KPIs and annual goals, both financial and non-financial, across the portfolio and drive performance and profitability.
  • Lead growth initiatives while ensuring the product portfolio delivers value in the short, medium, and long term.
  • Define the portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Balance investment of resources in short-term tactical improvements and long-term strategic investments to maximize ROI.
  • Lead the launch and support of products, collaborating with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure successful commercialization and growth.
  • Own the product portfolio and each product throughout its lifecycle, managing the end-to-end experience from Shop to Support.
  • Gather customer and market insights through research, feedback, market analysis, emerging technologies, and trends to inform prioritization.
  • Build and utilize a voice of customer program to evaluate product performance and incorporate customer insights.
  • Recruit, nurture, and develop a high-performing Product Management team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Deliver thought leadership internally and externally, engaging high-profile clients and partners to elevate the company's reputation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10 years of product management experience; OR Master's Degree AND 8 years of product management experience.
  • 7 years of people leadership experience.
  • Experience leading a portfolio of products across their lifecycle, from conceptualization to market maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of payments and fintech industries and products.
  • Familiarity with business management, product marketing, design/UX, and agile technology processes.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Deep knowledge of current product management and innovation methodologies, best practices, and design thinking.
  • Strong business acumen, including market analysis, business cases, and P&Ls.
  • Creative problem solver capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Excellent facilitative leadership skills to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated agile leadership competencies with ownership, grit, and growth mindset.
  • Technical expertise to influence technology directions and decisions.
  • Experience within an innovation team or enterprise product team at a larger company.
  • Experience with primary customer research, market research, and translating insights into products.
  • Press training to represent the company externally to investors, press, and analysts.
