About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence and product surveys to gather insights.
• Develop innovative product solutions and enhancements.
• Formulate product strategies and planning initiatives.
• Deal with reinsurers to finalize product features and manage reinsurance treaty arrangements effectively.
• Clarify the customer journey to ensure seamless experiences.
• Develop and provide sales toolkits to support the sales force.
• Present product offerings to partners (RAF).
• Prepare external product reports for regulatory bodies (MOF/AVI).
• Facilitate product introductions and conduct training sessions.
• Support new business block initiatives through product marketing strategies and activities.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
• Design and conceptualize product ideas.
• Conduct risk analysis to ensure product viability.
• Define operational product specifications for integration into the policy management system.
• Prepare policy wording, underwriting rules, and exclusions for MOF filing.
• Develop brochures and marketing materials.
• Draft BBQ-wording for regulatory submissions.
• Take full ownership and responsibility for all aspects of the product function.
• Engage with senior management to address human resource needs and critical issues, ensuring continuous improvement of the product function.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial principles, and market dynamics.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the insurance industry.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate excellent presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
