About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive market research and customer analysis to gather valuable insights and identify customer needs.
• Develop and refine product propositions that effectively address the identified customer needs and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with various teams (e.g. Distribution, Pricing, Underwriting, and Product Development, etc) to ensure the seamless integration and alignment of product propositions.
• Develop compelling sales collaterals, tools, and product presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of the products.
• Formulate go-to-market plans encompassing promotional activities, pricing, positioning, and distribution channels.
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to develop and execute marketing plans, campaigns, and activities that support the successful launch and ongoing promotion of the products.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of all aspects of product launching and introduction to the market.
• Define and articulate the distinct competitive advantages and key marketing messages for both new and existing products.
• Collaborate with the agency training team to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively promote and sell the products.
• Stay current with feedback and messages from channels, actively listen and communicate to ensure continuous improvement and alignment.
