Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire information from surveys, customer databases, market research reports, social media, and website analytics, as part of the data collection process.
  • Advise supporting departments on customer segmentation and profiling strategies that focus on customer groupings based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.
  • Analyze the impact of competitor marketing approaches to help develop a competitive advantage and differentiation strategy.
  • Apply knowledge of data mining techniques and statistical software to uncover correlations in marketing outcomes.
  • Assist cross-functional teams with market messaging, campaign planning, and target audience identification.
  • Build a continuous learning plan for the marketing department to stay informed with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics.
  • Communicate internally through reporting and dashboards, sharing analysis, findings, and insights for stakeholder review.
  • Compile marketing metrics such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value to provide information on campaign performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns in real-time, making adjustments as needed to improve campaign performance and achieve marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience working with marketing merchants.
  • 1-2 years' experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, Acrobat.

Nice to Have

  • Certified Market Research Analyst (CMRA) preferred.

  • Educational background as specified in the requirements.
  • Relevant work experience as specified in the requirements.
