About the Role

Our marketing agency client is looking for a fully remote Client Account Manager (SEO) with experience in organic SEO campaigns to join their team full-time. The role involves building and growing client relationships, project managing client campaigns, and collaborating with the SEO team to develop strategies. The position requires availability for calls on PST time due to client locations on the west coast.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new clients
Serve as point of contact for up to 40 different client accounts
Collaborate with the SEO team to create organic SEO strategies for clients
Manage client project timelines, deliverables and budgets
Assist in the development of strategic plans and assign tasks using project management platform (Asana)
Review campaign data to determine success and effectiveness; provide reporting updates to clients

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of client-facing experience in an agency setting with a focus on SEO, local SEO, and/or digital marketing
Solid understanding of organic SEO campaigns
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with a project management tool, preferably Asana
Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
