Key Responsibilities

Build relationships with stakeholders across Client Success to understand their work and uncover automation opportunities
Manage a pipeline of automation and AI requests, prioritizing based on business impact
Scope and define requirements for automation projects, partnering with Engineering, BI, and Database teams as needed
Use tools like Microsoft Copilot Pro, Power Automate, and other approved platforms to build and deploy solutions across Client Success teams
Collaborate with the AI Enablement team on advanced implementations and tool development
Train end users, create documentation, and support adoption of new tools
Monitor performance of deployed solutions and iterate for continuous improvement
Support initiatives that improve pricing audits, client onboarding, implementation speed, and program configuration
Perform ongoing administration and maintenance of deployed solutions to ensure they're operating consistently and as designed

Requirements

Experience with no-code/low-code tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, or Zapier
A self-starter mindset with strong curiosity and a drive to learn
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills--you enjoy getting to know people and understanding how they work
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Jira, SAP, or similar platforms
Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities
Confidence speaking with software engineering and advanced development teams

Nice to Have

An understanding of SaaS account management strategies (implementation, onboarding, retention, growth, churn reduction, etc.) and why they're important to a software business model
A basic understanding of database systems (e.g., Snowflake), API functionality, and the importance of smart, thoughtful development and data organization
