Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the marketing strategy at either the individual asset or disease area level, including co-positioning of products, launch readiness of new medicines or line extensions, and market strategies for existing assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints globally and locally, championing content excellence and a 'core and common' approach to materials.
  • Leverage digital platforms, data analytics, and AI to develop omnichannel marketing strategies that are integrated, consistent, and tailored to diverse customer needs.
  • Design and execute customer-centric strategies that prioritize personalized and insight-driven customer journeys across global markets.
  • Sponsor, lead, or deliver key work packages identified by the Commercialisation Lead Team (CLT), such as pre-SREP work, commercial input into DACS, launch readiness, and competitive scenario planning.
  • May serve as a core member of the Commercialisation Lead Team or a key member of the marketing community, coordinating disease area-level marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in global and/or affiliate Pharma Marketing with a proven track record of translating strategies into actionable execution and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience in Malignant Haematology is particularly valued.
  • Proven ability to deliver across all product lifecycle stages, including pre/peri launch, value maximization, and sunsetting.
  • Ability to create integrated, data-driven strategies that enhance customer engagement.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and partnering skills, with the ability to lead through influence within cross-functional, virtual, and matrixed environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unprecedented challenges using data-driven insights for high-impact decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating strategic vision and tactical execution to teams and leadership.
