About the Role

The Commercial Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans and operating rhythms to drive business outcomes at T-Mobile. This role requires collaboration across various departments and involves strategic planning, performance management, and communication with senior leadership. The position is located in Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS, and is not remote, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute quarterly marketing plans partnering with operations, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, and more to ensure flawless execution.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of quarterly marketing plans for the Postpaid portfolio, including analysis of customer insights and business performance, development of promotional offers, and brand value proposition.
  • Assist with managing quarterly business performance, including results analysis, contingency planning, and plan iterations in a competitive environment.
  • Develop marketing communication materials for senior leadership that share a customer-centric story.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of marketing experience in categories such as software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Strong communication skills in presentation, written, and verbal methods.
  • Experience in defining and driving go-to-market strategies.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to travel minimally (approximately 5%).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years of relevant marketing experience.
