Texas Instruments
We can't predict what the future holds, but we know Texas Instruments will have a part in shaping it. In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job. As a CAP participant in Communications, you will have the opportunity to develop critical skills for a career in Communications and Brand Marketing, such as developing a communications strategy, global campaign plans, thought leadership programs, content creation and storytelling, project management and channel expertise. You will work with corporate communications, brand marketing, creative project management, giving and volunteering, employee and executive communications, and more, creating content for social media, promoting TI to recruit employees, gaining experience in crisis communications, and building internal communications programs to engage employees.
