Key Responsibilities

Implement key acquisition and sustained fund development efforts including donor acquisition, annual giving, mid-level giving, and employee giving.
Cultivate the interest and philanthropic engagement of donors giving up to $9,999.
Utilize the core process to identify, qualify, engage, solicit, and steward donors for charitable investment in the mission.
Achieve an annual financial goal for fund development.
Facilitate hand-offs of highly qualified prospects to the leadership giving team as appropriate.
Implement strategies to identify and attract new donors, elevate sustained giving, and deepen relationships with existing donors to secure current revenue and build a robust donor pipeline.
Oversee multi-channel annual giving campaigns, ensuring innovative approaches to donor segmentation, messaging, imaging, channel utilization, and testing.
Develop tailored strategies to engage mid-level donors and transition appropriate prospects to the leadership giving team.
Oversee the development and deployment of programs to facilitate philanthropic investment of AdventHealth executives and employees.
Partner with foundation communications team to ensure brand-consistent messaging, storytelling, visuals, and promotion of annual giving initiatives.
Utilize Protected Health Information allowable under HIPAA for fund development purposes to identify and engage prospective donors.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, Philanthropy or a related field.
5 years experience in fund development with a demonstrated track record of success within a sophisticated annual giving program.
