Community Relations Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Researching and understanding the landscape of influencers and community partners in your respective market.
• Prospecting and cold calling to local businesses in your assigned territory, such as Senior Buildings, Libraries, Churches, Senior Groups, etc.
• Impacting patient acquisition and lead generation targets for each center by leveraging community relationships to engage Medicare eligible adults.
• Working with local leaders to identify opportunities to expand and develop new channels of patient growth.
• Collaborating with the Regional Partnership Manager to build and maintain relationships with Insurance Agents.
• Building and nurturing relationships with local leaders to create long-term alliances with mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Acting as the point of contact for the Outreach Team and community partners for cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintaining regular contact with key stakeholders, reviewing weekly KPIs, updates on initiatives, and center updates.
• Overseeing cross-collaboration initiatives and reviewing their success based on lead generation and patient growth.
• Developing and managing a 6+ week calendar of community events with local leaders.
• Coordinating event details internally and externally to ensure engagement, attendance, and lead generation.
• Communicating objectives, strategies, and expectations for each event with leadership and outreach teams.
• Generating field account engagement by working proactively with local leaders on outreach opportunities.
• Maintaining knowledge of internal sales systems and marketing programs through scheduled meetings.
• Planning lead generation and community engagement activities at least 2 weeks in advance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in account or community engagement.
• Comfort with cold calling and prospecting in a business-to-business environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to work proactively to generate growth opportunities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served (where necessary).
• US work authorization.

• Experience working with community leaders and local organizations.
• Experience in healthcare or Medicare-related outreach.
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies and event planning.
