Key Responsibilities

Merging accounts and contacts in Salesforce without breaking a sweat
Running and refining reports so the teams actually want to read them
Updating opportunity ownership and fields as needed, sometimes in bulk
Managing book of business changes and helping to find more efficient ways to handle them
Reviewing lost opportunities to capture valuable insights
Handling other data updates with care, precision, and an eye for improvement

Requirements

Someone who lives in Salesforce and might even enjoy it
A process improver who asks “why are we doing it this way?” and offers better solutions
Detail-oriented, but not stuck in the weeds—you see the bigger picture
Comfortable collaborating, but also happy to run with tasks solo
