About the Role

The Sales Operations & Analytics Associate at Beyond Finance will drive analyses focused on optimizing sales performance, client retention, and lifetime customer value. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver actionable insights that help meet company goals. The successful candidate will quickly build a deep understanding of the business and communicate results effectively to executives in a dynamic, rapid-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Dive into data and operational processes to understand operational challenges and opportunities
Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions to Senior Leadership
Re-define and challenge company KPIs that are critical to achieving company goals
Work closely with the product and operations teams in defining tests and experimental design

Requirements

1 - 4 years of work experience in Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, or Start-up environments
Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, STEM, or other analytical field
Familiarity with doing analysis in Excel and coding in SQL
Quick learner; willing to dive in and get her/his hands dirty
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Desire to work in an ambiguous environment and solve open ended problems

Nice to Have

Experience in Python or R
Looker or Tableau experience
