About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy intern to help streamline and optimize our sales processes. In this role, you will help identify repetitive tasks within our sales workflow and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current sales workflows to identify repetitive and time-consuming tasks
Build and implement automation solutions
Collaborate with sales team to understand process pain points and gather requirements
Monitor and optimize existing automations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Assist in documentation and training to support team adoption of new tools and processes

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience or interest in automation tools, CRM platforms or workflow optimization
Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a focus on process improvement and technology integration
Comfortable working with data and learning new technologies quickly
Detail-oriented and proactive with improving processes
